But if you are doing it yourself, you would need the tires, and a jack, and a crow bar. I would hope you would have the last two.

To fit 35s you will definitely need to install a lift kit. Check around to see how much of a lift you need to fit the tires. You may also need a longer axle / slip-yoke eliminator.
also, make sure you get an alignment.
