What all-terrain radial tires are the best for my truck?
I have a 2005 Silverado Z-71 extended cab. Now everything works, no changes. I wish I had tires that are wider and more aggressive than the current tires on the road, but I rarely go off road. If I do the emergency exits, etc.. . . not necessarily Great Swamp. Perhaps an upgrade kit and larger tires? The right size now is P265/70/R17.
BFG radial ta s are hard to beat. Ive got 2 sets of chevy pickups now. they are very good traction, but not loudly. You may have turned the torsion bars to stabilize it, like most Chevys are still low. Most of them can be raised about 2 inches in this way
I would like to use Bridgestone (Revo) or in a tire from Michelin. In general, very good mileage. Stay away from brands, because many manufactured in China and are of poor quality or safety.
