Sabine River flooding after Hurricane Ike Big Sandy Texas
Some footage of our deer lease near Big Sandy Texas the day after Hurricane Ike. Did some riding around on my 2007 Honda Rubicon with Vampire Super Swampers, lift kit, HMF snorked exhaust, spacers, K&N intake, camo kit, Warn winch, ITP wheels, etc…
Yeah, it’d probably hang! Might not for the next couple of weeks. The river is out of it’s banks and flowing, so probably not a good idea
you need to take your chevy truck out on that trail!
Mine, or somebody elses? LOL Oh wait, I’ve done both!!
did you ever drown a fourwheeler?
Seems like I took it to pick up some feeders that I needed to do some work on. Brought the chainsaw just in case.
The bike is a 2007 Honda Rubicon. Super Swampers and lift, exhaust, etc.
dude that is a sick video but why did you have a trailer behind the quad? also what kind of quad is that because i have a 350 yamaha grizliy.
Sounds familiar, but no…Is it one of the neighbors to that property?
you know a guy name of bobby green?
cool deal lol, i can get on there land too, its my kind’s place so i got a key to get on and burn fires and ride when it aint deer season. haha i thought i had seen that sand bar from the lease. its just that those ox bows we have on our lease and all that part is deff off limits to my foreman during floods so i’ve not seen the water that high there before. lol thats cool though i was just watchin vids and saw this.
Yeah, I think you nailed it. They are downriver towards the old iron bridge.
thats cool. do you know the crabtrees? they are downriver from you all the way to the mouth of the creek. and i think the sand bar you are on should be right across from my dads lease. it runs along a pretty good stretch (1200 acres) from the fish trap around the bend from the creek all the way up past were you are a lil ways
West side. I know where you’re talking about. This is 1.5+ miles upriver. It’s halfway between Big Sandy Creek and 155 bridge.
are you on the east or west side of big sandy creek. looked like at the end you were right by the mouth on the east side.
thanks for the adventure bro. hope yall made it threw the storm ok with not to much damage.
Looks like yall gots some good mudd to go muddin. =0)
