A better choice would be the 235/75/15 mentioned above or the 29" flotation size super swamper has for a 15" wheel. I will warn you, TSL's ride like poo on the street, are hard to balance, and will drown out your stereo, and they have a tendancy to make wet pavement similar to driving on a snow covered road. Not to mention that they dig fast off road, and will likely just get you stuck with only a couple of inches between the differential and the ground. Not with your current wheels. A better choice would be the 235/75/15 mentioned above or the 29″ flotation size super swamper has for a 15″ wheel.

A 28" tire will fit, but 8.5" would be too wide. I suggest looking for a 235/75R15 tire. It is 29" tall and will fit better on the stock 6" wide wheel.
