you might try going to kelly blue book (www.kbb.com)
It really depends on the over all condition. It also depnds on the condition of the the tranny and t-case. If you go to kellyblue.com (I think). You can plug in the info and get a basic blue book value.
Hey, Kelly Blue Book online used car values only go back to 1986, so they won’t help here.
The new-ish engine will help, as will the tires, but the lift is hit-or-miss; personally I hate lift kits, but others love them.
Finding a value on a car this old is hard; the real value is whatever you can get someone to pay. That said, a fruitful place to find information might be eBay, where you can search for other early to mid seventies Jeeps and see what they sell for, and also Hemmings Motor News, which is the bible for car collectors. Get an issue and check out what other people are asking for their Jeeps.
There may be a specialized publication for Jeep and/or offroad vehicle sales, but I don’t know about it since it’s not my specialty.
The blue book price for a 1986 cj7 in fair condition with the following options >Engine: 6-Cyl. 4.2 Liter
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual
Drivetrain: 4WD
Mileage: 150,000
Private party suggested price = 1,150.00
BLUE BOOK PRICE ONLINE ONLY WENT BACK TO 1986 hope this helps some > one matching your description though I would think I’d use a starting price of 4,000 dollars and may be willing to drop 5 to 8 hundred leaving a bottom line of 3200.00 I would think fair
According to the Gold Book Classic Cars Data:
1974 JEEP-AMC Series CJ Dsp/HP Eng

If it is a V8, then Add $300
