very reliable i have a 1999 that has been through two collisions and countless off road excursions, honestly there are only two better small suv’s and they are the mercedes m class and the bmw x3 but there price range is much higher

I have the 2wd 3.0, has 180K on it and it has never had any mechanical problems….EVER
my dodge dakota on the otherhand….

Is that the lake pleasant back road?

i have never had any problems with my dakota and it has 200,000 on original parts except the rutine things like tires and pads.
