@honda6442 I put the new pulleys on there. Put a smaller one on the back, or a bigger one on the front, or both, and that will make it faster

  • Fearlessfront:

@honda6442 The tractor I bought from a co-worker for $50. It wasn’t running and the mower deck needed a spindle. I had it running in an hour. To this day, 2 and a half years later, I’ve put maybe $50 into it. Alot of stuff i got free though. I just made it work.

  • honda6442:

  • Fearlessfront:

fun for about 5 minuets, then boom.

  • supermoto1995:

what would happen if u unhook the governor and hooked the gas pedal where it was hooked to

  • yamaha340ET:

o ok sweet!i think that coat hanger could do the trick to get er running for him till he gets a choke…good idea haha

  • Fearlessfront:

nope, I got it off an mtd. all I had to do was drill a hole and snap it in. I’m sure you could find something at an auto parts store that does the same thing.

Before I had that setup, I uesd a piece of coat hanger. It hooked to the choke on the carb and went straight to the dash where I drilled a little hole for it to sit in. You just had to stand there and hold it while it warmed up.

  • yamaha340ET:

hey man im kinda wondering what you did for the choke….my buddy is building one with the same exact setup and is wondering wut u did for the choke…is it a specialty choke u bought???
