Good Roads – Need of the Day

Countries need to think of good roads as the best infrastructure.
The world’s developed countries realized this long ago and good paved roads everywhere.
As a result, transportation and increased movement of goods and people from one place to another was possible.
Solution of people flocked to both sides of the roads.
Developing countries, noting the events began to think of good ways for their own economic development.
Bad roads are everywhere, paved or unpaved.
The potholes, speed breakers, damage to the plates, the straits are the state of roads in many developing countries like India.
Budget allocation for this vital sector only recently thought to link north to south and from east to west of India.
Lots of money is needed to narrow the already existing roads to four lanes.
Above all World Bank loans are used for this purpose.
Highways / Motorways must improve the level of those found in developed countries.
They will be the lifeline of a nation.
Good roads have to be maintained regularly to provide better service to users.
Bad roads cause fatal road accidents very often.
The traffic police take many measures to prevent accidents.
If roads are bad, will be unable to implement these measures.
Effective measures must be taken to establish good roads with signs and adequate lighting.
Design engineers are responsible for road laying good for the country.
The construction system through corrupt practices makes the proposal for the preparation of good roads, a mediocre.
Within a short period after construction, the roads are not usable, and this is the situation in most regions.
There are construction companies with experience in India, lying very good road manners in other countries, but are usually ignored by politicians in countries like India.
They can not get the commission requires such reputed companies.
Therefore, the development is poor and our progress on the road infrastructure is delayed significantly.
India is one of the giants significant growth in the world undoubtedly needs good roads throughout the country.
Four thousand years ago the ancient cities of Mesopotamia, was paved with stone.
That was the first man-made roads.
Later, the Roman roads are the largest network in Europe and the Middle East.
Motorways of the 20th century are built on a solid and thick shingle material with a layer of concrete on the top set.
Above this is a layer of tar or asphalt road.
The rubber roads are also coming in parts of India.
Even the plastic waste are also mixed with tar and applied on top of the road.
Innovative road construction techniques are invented and applied where possible.
A country that achieved with single-lane road for sixty long years after independence to today’s account of the need for this important infrastructure on which many others depend on the evolution.
National highways connecting the various States to assist in the interstate business, transporting goods and people.
Everyone feels the need of the day.
India is moving towards the dream of becoming a developed nation by 2020.
Therefore, we can not expect to make good roads.
By making good roads, there are many obstacles that the country must face.
Towns and cities have to be connected by roads for short distances.
So interference structures must be removed or demolished.
Sometimes they have to cross rivers, so that the bridges must be built.
Engineering technologies have improved the construction of various types of bridges is possible today.
Wide roads were in town and cities, but the paved roads are only half the width of the roads provided.
Avenue trees occupy an area on both sides of the road.
Also, electric and telephone poles also take some space.
Unauthorized constructions like structures projecting from the roof of the shops on both sides robs them some space.
As a result we are left with a narrow road in the cities with the vehicles to pass.
It’s really sad to see bad roads in many parts of India.
Whenever the local government seeks to eliminate the unauthorized occupations, there will be resistance from the public who are affected.
They go to the extent of filing a case against the administration in the Court of Justice and stop work.
We know that the court takes the time to clarify those cases.
Another set of people receiving voles of these people also support them and not allow the administration to do their job.
So the road remains as it was.
We have seen many times and in all the sights of the city.
In a democratic country with 40 per cent illiterate, it is difficult to interfere with the proper or improper activities of individuals.
It is one reason that India could not move quickly and reach the status of a developed country.
With all these constraints, India can expect to find at the global level as a developed country with good roads in the near future.
